Yeah for boats!! We love my parents boat. Nate especially appreciates the breaks that we have had to come down to ride on the boat. Nate loves it...these first several pictures are of my boating babies. Sorry this post is so long, there were about a million pictures to choose from. Choosing my favorites was extremely difficult.
Ah, feel the breeze through my hair...

Madison: "Dad your hair is crazy!"
Nate: "It is?"
Madison: "Yeah, but it is just because of the wind."
Quite the observer...
Katelynn is such a trooper when we go out on the boat, but by the end of the day, she is pooped!
Here is my very first time kneeboarding. I finally got up on the board and decided that I should show the camera how much fun I was having.
By the time that I got back on the kneeboard, I was bored. So I took the advice of my father-in-law, and decided that there is no fear of the water, it can't do anything to me. After much deep breathing and talking myself through it, I did a 360 several times, went out of the wake, did some more 360's, and then started jumping the wake...I loved it and I had a blast.

This was Nate's favorite picture of me. I don't know why he likes it, but I thought that I would post it for him.

When we very first got to lake, Nate went wakeboarding.
Then he got bored of wakeboarding and started kneeboarding. He loves it so much, he has the burns/scabs all up and down his shins, knees, and on his toes to prove it. Can you blame him? He has awesome 360's, gets great air jumping the wake, and he can even do four or five 360's in a row. Another boater on the lake even asked my mother at the dock who that was out there doing all the tricks on the kneeboard.r>
The face is priceless...

Good Air...

Look! One hand. Just kidding, he was actually waving and smiling at me because he knew that I was taking pictures.

This next picture, you can just see it on his face...the look of oh crap! what just happened?
The next two pictures: I had my camera on sport's mode, continual shot. You can tell what is going to happen, but to get it on camera was priceless.

My sister brought her friend, Ashton. Madison said that if Charlyn and Ashton would try to kneeboard that she would do it. The first picture is of Ashton and then Charlyn. Needless to say, Madison didn't kneeboard, but it made it an even better day to have had both Ashton and Charlyn try to kneeboard.
Here is my dad. He loved to strike poses, got a good one! It also gave his bummed shoulder a rest to just sit on the kneeboard, but he won't admit that...:) Love you dad.

The last picture is of my mom. This was the first time back out on the water, trying a water sport after crashing on her waterskies and completely tearing all the muscles in her thigh and hip. I am so proud of her for trying, but she is pretty lame that her hair didn't get wet at all. She didn't want to get it wet and made sure that she didn't.

We enjoy the boat so much. Thanks mom and dad for sharing it with us.
