The Bestest of Friends
Madison and Katelynn are the greatest friends ever. Madison takes such good care of Katelynn, and Katelynn loves her sister so much that she bounces and squeals when Madison walks into the same room as her. I am so grateful that my daughters love each other so much and that their relationship will just continue to blossom!

Sleeping Beauties
My girls can't sleep normally. They always fall asleep in the weirdest positions and/or places. Here are some fun pictures of their sleeping habits.
Katelynn fell asleep holding her pacifier...

I told Madison it was nap time. Needless to say, she took a nap, just not where I wanted her to.

Katelynn holds her legs when she falls asleep.

Madison found the only clean spot on her bed and fell asleep.

Katelynn just got this new jumper (Thanks Druceal) and she jumped herself right to sleep.

Katelynn is funny. She will be playing one second and then next, she is quiet because she has fallen asleep.

Yes, that is a sucker in her mouth!

I love my little sleeping beauties. Aren't they precious?

Halloween 2010
I know I am totally lame! It is Thanksgiving and I am just posting Halloween. Hopefully, I can have Thanksgiving posted soon thereafter.
For Halloween, we went to the ward Trunk Or Treat. We had some major melt downs before we went, so sadly we missed the Trunk or Treat part, but the carnival that the Young Men and Women put on afterward, was tons of fun. Here is Madison in her witch costume. She wouldn't wear the hat, but I did get her to wear a Halloween Headband. With her, a headband is better than nothing at all.

They had a really cute little picture area set-up to take pictures with. Katelynn didn't appreciate us sticking her in her costume and dragging her around with us. What a good sport though.

Madison won these crazy eyes at the carnival! She loved wearing them, and I finally got a picture of Katelynn in them before she snatched them off of her face.

For Halloween, Madison, Katelynn, and I went down to Utah for my Grandpa Black's 80th birthday. We stayed at the Morgan's home and had a Halloween party on Friday before Halloween. Madison only wanted to do one thing and that was make some witches brew. Sadly, my camera died shortly after taking this last picture, so I have no pictures of the party, Halloween, and Trick or Treating. It was still great fun though!

Two Beauties!
Madison and Katelynn are just so beautiful. I thought that I would post a couple pictures that Nate and I have taken since Katelynn was born with my two little beauties in them. I love them so much, and I am blessed beyond words to have these two little angels in my life. The pictures are in order from oldest to newer. Then you can see how much they have both grown.
Creative Madison
Madison came riding into the kitchen the other day on her little wooden tricycle, which she got when she was one. It was making this weird clicking noise, so I looked down and she had rigged the tricycle with her box of shaped bracelets fastened with a nail file, like you would stick a card in your bicycle tire to make the clicking noise. I started laughing and Madison said, "Pretty tricky huh mom?" Here are some pictures of her "trickiness"…
